This Kiwi is a neat, lightweight little hybrid trailer with a lot of good years left in it.

For those who don’t know the term – “Hybrid” doesn’t mean fuel-efficient gas/electric power, it means the trailer is halfway between a hard-side travel trailer, and a popup. It is a hard-side trailer with fold-down expandable bed ends – and the folding beds give you “free” space when you get to your destination. You’re towing a nice compact package down the road – light weight, short length – but when you get where you’re going you can unfold the beds and get a ton of “free space” inside. The other bonus is, the front bed uses what is usually dead space – the area over the tongue. So, even in a shorter campsite, you’ll have room to unfold a good sized bed. And if you’re a tent camper but just want a little more comfort, the bed tenting lets you keep that “in touch” feeling with your surroundings while you’re inside, nice and comfy (on a mattress, instead of a rock or a twig!).

If the weather is awful, there is still a scissor couch and drop down dinette you can sleep on, so you don’t have to open the bed ends if you’re worried about wind or debris. There’s also a full kitchen with RV dual-source refrigerator, a 3 burner LP cooktop; dual-basin sink; and microwave, and a full bathroom with sink, jon, and corner shower. All the “usual” travel trailer goodies are also there – onboard water pump, fresh/gray/black water tanks, city water hookup, 30A electrical hookup, LP furnace, roof mounted A/C (furnace and A/C are both powerful enough to cook/freeze you out of the trailer, even with tented beds), outside awning, outside shower, and tons of storage cabinets both in and out. There’s even a stereo system and TV antenna / cable TV hookup (but you have to supply your own TV’s)!

There are no signs of body damage on this trailer at all.
